Wow it's been a long few weeks.
But here's some good news:
1) I managed to get the blog fixed. And decided to celebrate by sharing a great picture of Elizabeth from my friends at Artis Photography.
2) I haven't gone backwards.
Now some bad news.
I haven't gone forwards either.
And to be honest, when the blog was broken, I though to myself...."self - you could just let it go...and do your own thing. Why be accountable to the blog?"
But the more I thought about it - I realized that this blog is a tool for me. A way for me to hold myself accountable - not to you all - but to myself. It's a useful check in. Whether I'm doing great - or not so great. And so I worked to fix it.
And fixed it is.
In a week we leave for our cruise on the Fantasy - and we have already begun the process of planning a serious change in our behaviors surrounding food when we return. As soon as I have more details I'll share them. But I know I need to make significant progress before September. I don't want Amanda to have to drag me through that race too (don't misunderstand Amanda - I LOVED having your support - but I know I was slowing you down).
So basically - if you've been with me this long - strap in and hang on. It might be bumpy, but the rides going to get started again - and headed in the right direction.
EPCOT AWAITS!
