In Memoriam

A quick post today - but there'll be more later this week (I promise)!

1) I'm down another 4 pounds this week - bringing the Paleo total to 16 and change. Not bad for two weeks.

2) This week we're adding exercise back into the plan - we'll be starting with outside walking and/or elliptical 3 times a week and pressing from there.

3) As today is Memorial Day - I wanted to take a moment and publicly thank all the brave men and women who have fought to defend our country over the last 200 years or so. Every one of them has been prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice because they believe in the country we all hold so dear. And for that, as a proud American, I am eternally thankful.

EPCOT AWAITS!

  1. I've been listening to too many Disney podcasts. Every time you mention Paleo I keep thinking of Palo the Disney cruise restaurant.

    Anyway, congratulations on the 16 pound loss!
