Okay - well it's not Christmas anymore - but we are in the middle of a HUGE snowstorm here in the Pacific NW. They're predicting between 10-14 inches for some areas today - and that's on top of the 6 we got over the weekend!
Sorry I've been scarce - but it's not because I haven't been busy! Quite the opposite!
We're working on training our new assistant at the office - Elizabeth has come down with something involving a fever - and I've been using spare time to tackle my challenge!
And I'm proud to say that I'm already six workouts into my seven. :)
Plus - since today is a snow day - during nap time I'll probably get in my second workout of the day for my seventh. :)
Overall I'm doing great with exercise - food is still a struggle - but it's coming into line better. And I'm looking forward to seeing my doctor next week to discuss my side stitch. Also getting an accurate weigh-in on Wednesday of next week to see how my yearly progress is going so far!
How's YOUR January shaping up?
EPCOT AWAITS!
Glad to hear your out there getting your workouts in and taking care of business. It's just over a month to the Princess so you have to keep moving and don't neglect time on your feet hitting the pavement - just be careful with all the snow.
ReplyDeleteThey were predicting a lot of snow here today, but instead I had sun all day while the poor suckers to the south got all the snow.
ReplyDeleteMy workouts are not going well due to an injury that just won't heal but I'm still planning to be in WDW next January for the half marathon.
Jonathan, you live south of me don't you?
Not sure where you live Brian. I'm about 20 minutes North of Seattle. :)
DeleteI was just making a dumb joke. I need to work on those punchlines. (I was saying you got all the snow they said was coming here). Anyways I live 10 minutes south of Vancouver.
DeleteGlad your getting the workouts in. Don't forget the miles. I sure would like to hear what the doctor says about that stitch.
ReplyDeleteI walked one mile. Super slow, but I got one in over 2 days. :)
