1) A loss of another 6.2 pounds total! Not bad for two weeks of hard training and good eating. :)
2) I have another doctor's appointment today to check in on my BP and see how the meds are doing. I think the doc will switch me to another med - since I seem to have developed a cough with this one.
3) We saw "Aladdin" - Disney Theatrical's newest production at the 5th Ave. Theatre - and wonder of wonders - who was sitting RIGHT BEHIND US? Yes - Alan Menken! I shook his hand - and said: "Thanks for...well...everything!"
He said: "Everything, huh? That's a lot!" and smiled.
Totally magical moment!
This week I'm going to be keeping up with the jogging during the week - and long distance on the weekends - and 75 crunches per night before bed. :)
