You are one year old.
You've grown so much - from little to bigger - to bigger.
You've laid there. You've rolled. Creeped. Crawled. Cruised.
You've cried. Mumbled. Babbled. Talked.
You hug. Clap. Play. And bring us books to read you.
And we love you with all of our hearts.
I am so proud to be your father - and to celebrate.
Today we get more wonderful pictures taken of you - and have dinner with grandma.
Sunday you have your first ever BIRTHDAY PARTY!
And all I can think of is how you're just going to keep growing and keep amazing us.
Today starts things anew. I have about 10 weeks until the Half Marathon - and at 2-3 pounds per week - that's a minimum of 20 pounds. But I'm shooting for more than that. I'd like to lose 40 or more.
2200 calories a day.
4-5 workouts per week.
Weekly weight check-ins.
And that 25 pound carrot for me. :)
Can't wait to see how much BETTER I do in January!
