Hot Tubbing

I had to add this picture today - it's Elizabeth at Gymboree in the "baby hot tub".

How cute is it? Seriously. :)

As for where I am - did another nice loop today - 2.5 miles - the PAWS loop. Going to combine PAWS and Lake Serene over the weekend.

I'm a little off pace - around 17.5 minutes - but I'm dealing with hills - and just really getting back into the swing - as the training continues and the weight comes off - the pace will increase.

But hey - at least I DID it. Right?

Um....right? :)

Amanda - how about an 'atta boy for me? :)

Sgt. Brian? You out there? :)

MAIN STREET AWAITS!

  1. So cute!
Yes you got out there and did it. Training isn't about keeping pace it is about building up to the pace you want. Hard work pays off!!
    Have3 a great weekend.

  2. Love seeing your Elizabeth. You are clearly enjoying every minute.

As your self appointed cheerleader. WTG. Keep up the great work.

I too have gotten back into the groove of things, thanks in part to SGT Brian. Next week I am rejoining a gym. I have done lots of research, and have it close to where my children dance, so I can drop them off, work out and go back and pick them up. Plus it has a family membership so all my children can be there - no excuses not to get there. As a bonus my slightly overwieght husband plans to join me there too, so we can all be healthy.

My goal is to fit into my formal dress from 3 years ago for Lou's cruise in February.

    Have a great weekend. :)

And I'm rewarding myself with a facial!:)

  4. Hey - you have to start somewhere and 17.5 isn't that bad. You're pace will increase in no time. As your diet continues to improve and your body gets used to the miles again you're going to be amazed at how great you do.

Sorry to be absent for a while. Rough week last week, but I'm getting back on track too!
