No - not THAT kind of attitude!Bree and I (who just finished a GREAT workout) have decided that this week is the week to bring all of our success together into a cohesive whole. Great strength workouts - 3 days of cardio - good meal logging - and caloric deficit.

I am also not going to eat anything after 8pm - this is when I snack the most. I have taken the cream out of my coffee and tea, and have increased the amount of water I am drinking.
THanks for you blog. I find it very inspiring and makes me keep moving forward.
