First Session with Bree

I wish I could tell you that Bree, my new personal trainer, kicked my butt this morning.

But I can't.

Which is totally okay.

We focused on measurements, identifying goals, and going over medical information today. We clearly discussed what I want, how I'm going to get there, and how she's going to kick my butt into gear to do it.

We talked races; health; nutrition; and everything.

It was a REALLY good session.

And we're starting off with 3 sessions a week - and then likely down to 2 a week. I have 13 sessions left (already paid for) and we'll see how that goes! May's going to be a GREAT month - I just know it!!!

Have you made your Club 8 donation? I popped in $10 since I didn't hit my 8 pound goal (in fact, who's bright idea was it to have my birthday party on the 30th? The night before weigh-in? Sheesh! At least I'm not UP any weight.)

  1. I'm so glad to hear that Bree took the time to really learn about your, your goals, your health and the whole story before trying to kick your butt. It sounds like she's going to be a good trainer and I can't wait to hear how it goes when she does kick your butt!

    I made a donation as well - not for loss, but for gain. I'm getting there though and soon it'll be donations for the right direction.

    Sounds like you at least enjoyed your birthday and that's important and you didn't gain so kudos!
