Take a minute - let it sink in.
Trust me - it's HILARIOUS.
So far this week has been pretty good. Had another good workout this morning - another 20 minute treadmill session. Have had a good food week (mostly thanks to Deb and some internal willpower - THANKS DEB!) and am rapidly approaching pre-race weight. :)
After that we shoot for pre-Christmas, and then pre-dad getting sick and going to Oklahoma weights! Then we're onto bigger and better pastures! :)
Speaking of bigger and better - what's the TV challenge this week?
Plus...I've done a little research. Rae is going to have a WONDERFUL time at the DisneyLAND Half Marathon this year - sounds like a really fun course with not as much dead space in it, since you're kinda in a city! Any other TV'ers going to run with Rae/support Rae/walk behind Rae? :)

I'll be participating in the Disneyland Half; and will keep an eye out for Rae to cheer her on.

I did the DL Half Marathon last year and it was great! Of course, it was my first half marathon so that made it even better.
