I'm in another trial - and this time, things are going swimmingly. I won't comment too much since we're not done - but yesterday went quite well for my client. I love trials.
On a related note, Amber suggested that I change another mindset last night.
I no longer want to "get healthy." I'm already there.
Now I want to "get FIT." Which I'm not. See the difference?
These subtle mind-shifts REALLY help. And I think will spur me onto greater success as the 140 days until the race start to count down.
HOLY CATS!!!! ONE HUNDRED FOURTY!?!?!? REALLY!??!?
WOW!

"Get Fit" Well put. And you are correct about mind sets. The mental side to training is a large part of it.
ReplyDeleteStill waiting for the day when Denny's "mad cow" causes him to answer his cell phone and say "Beam Me Up Scotty"
