Man - after no running for a few days, and messing the schedule, again....I couldn't get to the 4 mile mark. I gave it a good try though. Regardless, I know now that I REALLY need to stick to my schedule in order to succeed.
That and this last week has just been....off. As you know.
So what do we do about next week?
We make it ON. :)

M: 40 minutes
T: 30 minute weights
Th: 40 minutes
F: 30 minute weights
S: CORNFEST - I'll be doing a 4.0 mile run!
And as for the home improvements - they're coming along. What I might do, if you'd all like - is show some pictures of BEFORE we moved in - AFTER we moved in - and then AFTER the paint. :) Are you interested in our tale of home creation?
