I had a GREAT workout this morning - much cleaner than Tuesday and it felt wonderful. Really pushed my arms and legs for a half hour. Good reps. Even did some core work with knee lifts. I think things are starting to come together.And today - the new iPhone software comes out! I'm downloading iPhone 2.0 as we speak (or rather, as I type....or whatever)...and am anxious to explore the app store, and see what I can do with my existing iPhone before I decide IF I'm going to upgrade to the 3G.
Which is a great question for today - since I'm heading to Boston next week.
What technology MUST you take on vacation? What can you NOT live without? Phone? Laptop? Blu-Ray Player? Surround Sound System? :)
And yeah - why?

My laptop and my 2 digital camera's. I take so many pics and so much video that I need to wipe my sd cards clean for the next day. Hence the need for my laptop.
Laptop junkie as well...can't stay away from work too long or my Inbox will reach capacity (in like 2 days...unreal amount of e-mail...) Digital camera, video camera, iPod, GPS (essential!) when we have a rental car, portable DVD for the kids (another essential)
lap top. blackberry,camera,psp,portable dvd player for kids.power converter to use in the car so I can use my laptop in the car.
i pod,still not full of music.Garmin for workouts,oh yes and camera printer that we figured out how to use! Need new video camera this one kicked the bucket. I love my gadgets!!
I want an iphone but it can't be a modem like my blackberry for internet access.

As for tech on vacation...I leave the laptop at home, and bring just my digital camera and Blackberry. I don't own a GPS, but enjoyed the one that my rental car had (installed standard) on my last trip, and it makes me think I eventually want one.
Phone and camera are a must. Occasionally the laptop, but only consider it if I can get free internet.
Camera yes. Phone yes but never used for work and only on when I want to make a call.
Work is a bad four word when we are at the World!!!! Shame!!!!!
