First of all - I've lost 5.8 pounds for the month of November - and taken off everything I put on at Thanksgiving, and THEN some. This makes me feel wonderful!!!
I also ran 3.232 miles today to finish the Raes for the Pace with OVER 15 hours (okay - only 8 minutes over, but still!!) and over FIFTY MILES RAN THIS MONTH.
Meals yesterday went well:
B: Eggs/Toast
L: Zero Point Soup/WiseCracker
D: WW Pasta Fagioli
Dessert: Skinny Cow
And now - for the all important question - one MANY of you will be asked today by me....in some format:

Be careful with all the processed food on your trip - you'd hate to gain back all that you worked so hard to take off during the last month.
I'd also suggest you start weaning yourself from the treadmill - a little work on more uneven surfaces will only make you work harder and get stronger.
