The Road is Winding

...and long. But we will overcome it.

Today - my longest run of the month - 45 minutes and 2.5 miles. That was mostly walking. Tomorrow I shoot for an hour - and mostly jogging. Let's see what I can REALLY do!

Things are looking up here at the AATM Studios West. Nice new computer - weight loss progressing nicely - less than 25 days until MouseFest - got my CafePress order stuff - which looks GREAT, by the way.

And hey - www.disneygallery.com should have pictures of the newest piece of exclusive in-park artwork at MGM Studios - "Part of your World" due for release on December 15th. It looks GREAT - it'll be a great addition to my "ink and paint" collection - if we get it.

And why not?

Okay guys - time to cut this short and go finish out this week's AATM so you guys can have it - I'm glad you guys are waiting with such baited breath - trust me - it'll be worth the wait!

B: Cereal/Bagel
L: Soup/Sandwich
D: ??? (chicken perhaps?)
Dessert: Skinny Cow if desired

MAIN STREET AWAITS!

  1. Darn, I have had to fill the podcast void with other shows. Good thing I had some catching up to do. haha.
    Looking forward to next show.

Good for you on the 45 minutes. I know you can do that again and again and again.

Hey! You really might get there first.

    Well see...

  2. Hi Jonathan.

If you don't reach your targeted heart rate then you really are not getting the benefit from the exercise. I thought you wanted to get healthy and actually live a normal life span without all of the health complications associated with people that are overweight and out of shape.

18 minute miles is excessively slow and I know that you can do better.

And you'll never complete the 1/2M at that pace.

By now you should be able to easily do a 5K at 4 miles per hour (15 minute miles). And yet you aren't doing it. Why?

At what point are you going to kick this into gear and start really training for the 1/2M?
