Last night was a blast! And quite "magical" even if I do say so myself! The highlight had to be a four year old girl tugging at my jacket, and when I leaned down to her, she whispered ever so sweetly...."Can I please see your magic, Mr. Magic?"
Awwwwwwwwww....
So - this month so far has been a success! I'm over 10 miles into the Race for the Kate (shorter run this morning due to time contraints) - and my meals have been relatively similar to my plans. :)
I think you sponsors may also get a VERY nice letter this month with a VERY nice number in it. :) Not that I've been peeking, mind you. ;)
We're less than 55 days from my trip to MouseFest - and things are moving along greatly! We're going to sit down tonight after dinner and review the meet schedule and see what we are going to plan for ourselves. How fun! :)
Meals:
B: Cereal and bagel
L: Lean Cusine, Yogurt, Apple
S: 100 cal pack
D: Pork, rice, veggie OR Chicken, corn, veggie
Dessert: Skinny Cow, if desired. :)
How's YOUR October going?
MAIN STREET AWAITS!
55 days !!!! Wohoo!!!! But I only have 16 to the race!!!!! Nervous!!!! That is me.I am worried that I am going to injure myself.!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are doing so good,no sliding!!!! That way you have earned the kitchen sink. So if you ever need a pick me up, I am here.
I want to tell your wife that she is an amazing person to put up with you and all you do.
And don't you forget that!!!! Got it!!!! :)
Without our support systems we wouldn't be where we are today.
So with that....
Just keep swimming!!!!
Hey the pictures are up on my blog go check them out Jonathan!!!
ReplyDeleteSince I appreciate everyones honesty here. Let me say October is not shaping up to good so far.
ReplyDeleteBusy Busy Busy
That is how my October is going.
Work has been insane this past week and a half.
I have been asked to create a budget for equipment we do not use.
My supervisor does not even understand the technology. "ugh"
It's a bit stressfull.
This has also been my early start week. Which always messes me up on sleep. However my early week does end with a four day weekend. So I was off today and spent it with the "Rug Doctor".
Training has fallen behind and it is my own fault and Jon you can beat me up over it but although I understand and see the "big picture" I have not turned it "on" since last Saturdays run.
Result no weight loss. But no gain either.
My goal this month was to reach 28 miles per week. I made it last week but to make this week I need to do 10tonight/10FRI/8SAT.
I will exercise each of these days I promise. But I give myself permission to just put in as many miles as I can.
I hope you and Rae are not too disappointed in me. But I feel I owe you both the same honesty you guys share each day on your blogs.
You are both more than welcome to e-mail me and give me a piece of your mind.
On another note I sent AATM another intro which I hope you and Bryan like. I went in a different direction with this one.
Take Care
Hmmm.... maybe I need to get "tough" here but no loss or gain ,means maintain.Actually no bad.
ReplyDeleteHave a great evening!!!!
Hey your slacking today......
ReplyDeleteHi Jon. The magic thing sounds like lots of fun. For you and the kids. :-)
ReplyDelete55 days, huh? Yeah, it's getting closer and closer. Are your bags packed already? ;-)
